This Heartfulness Meditation group is held every week at the same time and day. Each week a new aspect of meditation is presented followed by a couple of short videos. A guided relaxation technique is followed by a 25-minute silent meditation. This is a good group to join whether you are new to meditation or a long standing meditator that is seeking to be part of a group. Please join in and learn how to quiet and regulate the mind in this wonderful heart-based meditation.
