This is a 4 part series to Heartfulness Meditation. You will learn the basics of this meditation such as; how to meditate, where to sit for meditation, the best time to meditate, how to regulate the mind, how to maintain your condition, and much more. Research will be discussed to show the value of compassion based meditation and how quickly the brain and physiology responds to meditation. Please attend each and bring a journal or diary.
